What data do we process?

Candidates (application or open application): your name, email address, phone number, your CV and the information in it, and anything you tell us about your experience, availability and preferences.

Temporary workers (if you work through us): in addition, your address, date of birth, citizen service number (BSN), a copy of your ID, your bank account number, the hours you work and your payroll details. If we arrange your housing and transport, also the data we need for that, such as your residential address and the length of your stay.

Clients: the names, job titles and contact details of your contacts, and the details of your request.

Website visitors: the data you enter in a form. We also process technical data needed for the website to work and, only with your consent, data about how you use the website (see Cookies below).

Newsletter subscribers: your email address and when you signed up.

What do we use your data for?

  • To match you with suitable work and contact you about vacancies (at your request, and with your consent if we keep your data for longer).
  • To employ you as a temporary worker, pay your wages and arrange your housing and transport (performance of the employment contract).
  • To meet our legal obligations, such as identity checks, payroll records and paying payroll taxes and contributions.
  • To handle client requests and provide our services (performance of the contract).
  • To answer questions sent through the website.
  • To send you our newsletter if you have signed up for it (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter or by emailing us.
  • To protect the website and its forms against spam and abuse (legitimate interest) and, only with your consent, to measure how visitors use the website so that we can improve it.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we never sell it to third parties.

Who do we share your data with?

Only where necessary:

  • with clients we put you forward to or where you work (only the data that is needed, and we always discuss it with you before putting you forward);
  • with government bodies such as the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (Belastingdienst) and the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV), where the law requires it;
  • with the pension fund for temporary agency workers, if you work through us;
  • with service providers who work for us, such as the landlord of the accommodation, transport companies, and payroll, IT and hosting providers. We make agreements with them about keeping your data secure;
  • with providers of services on our website, such as form protection, the map on the contact page and, only with your consent, website statistics. The services we currently use are listed in the cookie overview at the bottom of this page. Some providers, such as Google and Microsoft, may process data outside the European Union; they do so under the arrangements approved for this purpose by the European Commission.

How long do we keep your data?

  • Applications: up to four weeks after the application process ends. With your consent, we keep your data for up to one year so that we can contact you about other vacancies.
  • Temporary workers' data: for as long as you work through us, and after that for as long as the law requires. We keep payroll data for seven years, and a copy of your ID for five years after your employment ends.
  • Client data: for as long as we work together, and after that for as long as the statutory tax retention period applies (seven years).
  • Messages sent through the website: for as long as needed to deal with your question, up to a maximum of one year.
  • Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
