Everything taken care of
Many of our temporary workers are migrant workers. We house them in clean, inspected accommodation that holds the SNF quality mark for certified housing, and transport them to and from your site, with car, driver and fuel included. We also handle payroll and pay their wages.
Our people get personal support with everything that comes with working in the Netherlands, from a contact who speaks their language. So they arrive on time, stay available, and you have nothing to worry about.

Certified and reliable
SNA quality mark
Certified by the Dutch Labour Standards Foundation (Stichting Normering Arbeid, NEN 4400-1). We are audited regularly to check that our payroll records are in order and our payroll taxes are paid correctly. This protects you against hirer's liability for those taxes.
ABU member
We are a member of the ABU (Dutch Association of Temporary Work Agencies) and are audited every year for compliance with the collective labour agreement (CLA). Our workers receive equal pay, the same as your own staff in the same role: fair pay for them, and no risk of additional tax assessments for you.
SNF quality mark
Certified by the Dutch Flexible Housing Standards Foundation (Stichting Normering Flexwonen). Our migrant workers live in clean accommodation that is inspected for space, safety and hygiene.
Ready for the Wtta
From 1 January 2027, labour providers must be authorised under the Wtta (Dutch Act on the Admission of Labour Providers), and from 2028 the Netherlands Labour Authority will enforce this. If you hire from a provider without authorisation, you are also in breach as the hirer. We are prepared, so you can keep working with us with complete peace of mind.

You get one clear, combined invoice every week, based on the hours worked. No surprise charges afterwards and no recruitment fees.
No. There is no minimum commitment, no minimum number of hours and no long-term contract. You decide each week how many people you need.

Sickness, leave and replacements are our responsibility. We arrange a replacement as quickly as possible, and the cost never appears on your invoice.
WEDO Flex holds the SNA quality mark (NEN 4400-1) and pays payroll taxes and contributions correctly, which protects you against hirer's liability. Under the Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) for Temporary Agency Workers, our workers also receive equal pay, the same as your own staff in the same role, so you run no risk of additional tax assessments.
The Wtta (Dutch Act on the Admission of Labour Providers) takes effect on 1 January 2027, after which labour providers must be authorised. From 1 July 2027 you can check a public register to see whether a provider is authorised, and from 1 January 2028 the Netherlands Labour Authority will enforce the rules. If you hire from a provider without authorisation, you are also in breach as the hirer and risk a fine. WEDO Flex is prepared, so you can simply keep working with us after that date.
