More than an agency
At WEDO Flex, it is all about people. For our clients, we are the partner who responds fast when things get busy and scales back just as easily when it is quieter. We are small enough to act today and big enough to deliver.
For our temporary workers, we are more than an employer. Many of them come from abroad. We arrange their work, housing, transport and pay, and we are there for them when they have questions, in their own language. That way, everyone can focus on the job.

Certified by the Dutch Labour Standards Foundation (Stichting Normering Arbeid, NEN 4400-1). We are audited regularly to check that our payroll records are in order and our payroll taxes are paid correctly. This protects you against hirer's liability for those taxes.
ABU member
We are a member of the ABU (Dutch Association of Temporary Work Agencies) and are audited every year for compliance with the collective labour agreement (CLA). Our workers receive equal pay, the same as your own staff in the same role: fair pay for them, and no risk of additional tax assessments for you.
SNF quality mark
Certified by the Dutch Flexible Housing Standards Foundation (Stichting Normering Flexwonen). Our migrant workers live in clean accommodation that is inspected for space, safety and hygiene.
Ready for the Wtta
From 1 January 2027, labour providers must be authorised under the Wtta (Dutch Act on the Admission of Labour Providers), and from 2028 the Netherlands Labour Authority will enforce this. If you hire from a provider without authorisation, you are also in breach as the hirer. We are prepared, so you can keep working with us with complete peace of mind.
