How it works
The temporary worker is employed by WEDO Flex and works at your site. You give the day-to-day instructions; we handle the contract, pay under the Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) for Temporary Agency Workers, transport, housing and cover when someone is off sick.
You pay one fixed multiplier on the CLA wage, only for hours worked, and get one combined invoice each week. Need fewer people? We scale down, and you pay nothing for idle time. You keep your permanent core team; we provide the flexible layer around it.

The Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) for Temporary Agency Workers, with equal pay to your own staff in the same role. We are a member of the ABU (Dutch Association of Temporary Work Agencies) and are audited every year for compliance with the CLA.
You have one dedicated contact who knows your site, your schedule and your people. They come on site to get everyone started, and we're also available early in the morning and in the evening.
Not all of them. When you make a request, we discuss which language is needed on site and take that into account when selecting people. From day one, our workers have a contact who speaks their own language.
